A 40-year-old Ocala man was arrested after he was spotted “huffing” in his car in the parking lot of Wal-Mart in Ocala.
A woman contacted law enforcement at about 9:43 p.m. Wednesday when she saw a man later identified as Paul Ernest Fischbach in a black 1994 Toyota spray an aerosal can into his mouth, according to an arrest report from the Marion County Sheriff’s Office. The deputy found that Fischbach had a can of “Dust Off,” an electronics compressed gas duster, in his hand. There were six empty cans in the car.
The deputy asked Fischbach if he had been “huffing,” and he admitted he had.
“I don’t see it as a problem,” he told the deputy. “I just go to sleep.”
He was arrested on a charge of dangerous drugs and booked at the Marion County Jail.
