A couple of local singers are quickly establishing themselves in the music scene with a new music video that has garnered hundreds of thousands of views.
The Moy Boys, a musical duo comprised of brothers Oliver Moy and Sebastian Moy, recently filmed a music video for their song “Nautical” on Salty Sam’s Cruise Ship, a pirate ship docked in Fort Myers.
The song, written by Oliver, tells the story of a boy willing to travel the endless ocean in search of his true love.
The song was produced in Los Angeles, California and filmed in Fort Myers and Ocala. The brothers, who are native to the Sunshine State, are the younger siblings of local business owner Alex Moy, who operates Moy Media out of downtown Ocala.
The Moy Boys began as child actors for Disney World and Universal Studios before earning parts in the movie “Dolphin Tale.” The duo has garnered 15 million fans through social media, including YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, an app for creating and sharing short videos.
Although they have only posted two songs totaling four videos on The Moy Boys’ YouTube channel, they have already eclipsed the 50,000 subscriber mark and have already received over 1,000,000 views to the channel.
You can follow 18-year-old Oliver Moy or 16-year-old Sebastian Moy separately on Instagram, or through their Moy Boys joint Instagram page.
