Texas Roadhouse celebrated the opening of its brand new location at Ocala’s Paddock Mall on Monday.
The new restaurant, which joins its sister location in Lady Lake/The Villages which opened three years ago, officially opened its doors on Monday, October 14 at 3015 SW 32nd Avenue, a parcel attached to the Paddock Mall.
The popular steakhouse hosted a ribbon cutting grand open celebration for members of the Ocala/Marion County Chamber and Economic Partnership, serving up some of their well-known steak and classic sides.
Mayor Kent Guinn was on hand to help cut the ribbon on the new steakhouse.
“This mall has been under utilized for many, many years. This will be a great asset in Ocala, Marion County and I wish you all success,” said Mayor Guinn.
The restaurant will feature the same menu that has made it a popular brand throughout the nation, including their variety of hand-cut steaks, speciality starters, and early dinner specials. It also features a fully stocked bar with liquor, beer and wine options available.
The restaurant joins two other businesses that opened their doors this past weekend in downtown Ocala. The Black Sheep on Broadway celebrated its grand opening on Saturday, October 12, while Bank Street Patio Bar officially opened its doors on Friday, October 11.
Texas Roadhouse in Ocala will open each day, Monday through Friday, at 4:00 p.m. It will close each day at 10 p.m. except for Friday, when it will remain open for an extra hour. On Saturday and Sunday, the restaurant will open for lunch starting at 11 a.m. It will close at 11 p.m. on Saturday and at 10 p.m. on Sunday.
