The MexiRican food truck is one of the authentic food truck gems of Ocala.
Operated by Ramon Reyes-Rosario and Maria Flores, the business recently joined Ocala’s Food Truck park located at the Ocala Downtown Market (310 SE 3rd Street).
Specializing in Mexican and Puerto Rican cuisines, the food truck offers a wide variety of flavorful, authentic dishes. Favorites like rice and beans, carne asada tacos, and tostones, which are fried plantains, are cooked to order with fresh ingredients.
The food truck features a wide variety of specials, constantly switching up its menu to include things like shrimp and fish tacos, to the popular Birria tacos, which are made with braised meat inside of a corn tortilla that’s been pan-fried.
