Cantina Tex-Mex & Tequila has begun work on exterior renovations at its new downtown Ocala location.
The restaurant provided an update through its social media channels on the renovations at the new location, which sits along SE 1st Avenue, across from Harry’s Seafood, Bar & Grille.
The business is working on a collection of improvements including new paint, window film, an outside window bar, pavers for outside dining, private parking lot signage, building signage, and additional landscaping elements, according to a Facebook post.
When completed, the restaurant will occupy two stories and will feature live entertainment as well as a variety of specialty cocktails and tequilas.
Cantina joins a slew of other businesses constructing or renovating spaces in downtown Ocala.
Mutiny is nearing completion of its pirate-themed bar, which is situated next door to its sister bar, Tipsy Skipper.
