The city of Ocala is reminding residents that meetings of the Ocala City Council may be viewed through online streaming in light of capacity limits implemented because of rising COVID-19 cases.

Currently, the city of Ocala allows viewers to livestream meetings of the Ocala City Council, as well as other advisory board and committee groups, directly through its website.

To navigate to the city’s live-streamed meetings, visit the city website, select “Government” from the main menu, then select “Meeting Records” and navigate through the different videos available. In addition to live meetings, previously recorded meeting videos are also accessible.

Earlier this month, the city of Ocala announced capacity limits at its meetings due to the rise in total cases of COVID-19 across Marion County.

For more information, or to view the meetings, visit the City of Ocala website.
