Arthur (Art) Albert (75) of Ocala, Florida passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 10, 2022. He was a long-time resident of East Hartford, Connecticut but he and his wife have been residing in Ocala, Florida for the last 16 years. He was a retired machinist of Chandler Evans in Harford, Connecticut, where he worked for 37 years.
He leaves behind his loving wife of 49 years, Ruth; a daughter, Monica Potter and her husband, Brian, and 2 grandchildren, Katie and Cam, all of Rhode Island; a son, Michael Albert of Connecticut, a sister, Constance and her husband Val Nichols of Florida; a brother, Daniel Albert and his wife Lois of Connecticut; and a sister-in-law Joan and her husband, Richie Bagley of Ocala, Florida.
He was predeceased by his daughter, Lisa Albert; his parents, Conrad and Albertine Albert; and sisters, Marguerite Gaudette, Patricia Wadsworth, Catherine Burns, and Jeannine Michaud.
Art took pride in his yard and flower gardens. He was a private and quiet soul but loved his family and friends. He will be missed by all that knew him.
