The Marion County Parks and Recreation Department’s installation of a brand-new zip line at Coehadjoe Park is making steady progress as the project nears completion.
In a social media post on Tuesday, the Marion County Parks and Recreation Department shared several photos of the zip line and stated that the installation is “coming along smoothly.”
“We know this will be a total hit with all the kiddos who visit this facility,” stated the Marion County Parks and Recreation Department on its Facebook page. According to the department, the zip line is expected to be completed “very soon.”
Coehadjoe Park is located at 4225 NE 35th Street in Ocala. In addition to the upcoming zip line, the park features a Born Learning Trail; nature-themed play area; tennis, pickleball, basketball, racquetball, and volleyball courts; walking trails; and picnic pavilions.
