The Marion County Clerk of Court and Comptroller’s Office is now offering customers the option to schedule an appointment for marriage license and passport services.
Appointments can be made online for the following services:
- Marriage license applications.
- Marriage ceremonies.
- New U.S. passport applications.
- Passport photography services.
“The Clerk’s Office is always working to improve our services and the overall experience for our customers,” stated Gregory C. Harrell, Marion County Clerk of Court and Comptroller. “We are excited to offer this new appointment system for marriage license and passport services to Marion County residents as a useful tool to save time and provide convenient scheduling options.”
Residents in need of marriage licenses or passport services are encouraged to make an appointment. These services are available Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Marion County Clerk of Court Annex Building located at 19 N Pine Avenue, Room 126 in Ocala.
According to the Clerk’s Office, walk-in customers will not be accepted after 3:30 p.m.
