Raney’s Truck Center, a local business specializing in heavy duty truck parts and services, has been acquired by Texas-based FleetPride, Inc.
“The addition of Raney’s Truck Center, renowned for its dedication to customer satisfaction and its comprehensive range of parts and service for truck and trailer, perfectly complements FleetPride’s mission,” stated FleetPride in a press release on Tuesday, October 2.
Located at 1650 NW 38th Avenue, just west of Interstate 75 and south of Highway 27, Raney’s has served the Ocala community for over 66 years, providing truck and trailer parts and services to local businesses and customers across the country.
FleetPride, the nation’s largest distributor of aftermarket heavy duty parts and service, stated that the recent acquisition will “empower the Raney’s team to further enhance their offerings and extend their reach while upholding Raney’s core values and dedication to customer service.”
The terms of the deal were not released.
Mark Raney, owner of Raney’s Truck Center, stated that he is optimistic about the future of the business. “Joining forces with FleetPride opens up new horizons for growth and innovation. I am excited to witness the continued success of the Raney’s team as a part of FleetPride.”
Raney added that customers will “greatly benefit” from the additional resources and expertise that FleetPride “brings to the table.”
Raney’s Truck Center, which will take the FleetPride name, will remain dedicated to delivering quality customer service, an extensive list of products, and services to help meet the needs of the trucking and transportation industry.
