A company that sells heavy-duty trucks and parts will open a new dealership in Ocala this year.
Nextran Truck Centers announced that it will expand its footprint into Ocala in 2024 in a press release issued last week.
“We’re thrilled to announce that Nextran Truck Centers is expanding its footprint to Ocala, Florida, in 2024! This new location is part of our commitment to better serve our valued customers and partners in the region,” reads the company’s statement on social media.
Founded by Jon and Marvin Pritchett, Nextran’s Mack Sales acquisitions can be traced through every stretch of Florida, beginning with Orlando and Jacksonville in 1993.
“With our top-notch trucks, dedicated parts delivery, and exceptional service, we’re excited to become part of the Ocala community,” reads the statement.
Nextran currently operates 25 locations across seven states, including 11 in the Sunshine State. Outside of Ocala, there are establishments in Orlando, Tampa, and Lake City, among others.
The company says that it will announce its grand opening in the coming months.
