Thomas Berg

Thomas Berg (77) of Ocala, Florida, was born on June 26, 1946 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin as the eldest of 4 siblings.
He was married to Diana Berg for 38 years and previously made their home in Georgia before moving to Florida in 2022.
The homes Tom shared with Diana is a testament to his many talents which included painting, wood working, landscape/oriental gardening, and guitar playing. He also studied Eastern religions and practiced Tai Chi as a meditative exercise.
In the early 2000’s Tom developed rural property in western North Carolina, designing and contracting two houses built on a rushing creek. These homes also reflected his artistry in the leaded glass windows and other touches.
From their first date, Tom & Diana enjoyed cooking together, exploring various cuisines, and starting a dinner club with friends.
Many will remember Tom as the person who would burst into song at the drop of a hat, even doing so on a tour of La Scala opera house while on vacation in Italy.
He is survived and will be greatly missed by his wife Diana, daughter Sara Berg, granddaughter Lola Berg, sister Cindy Taylor, brother Mike Berg, and brother Jeff Berg.
