A reader submitted the following letter in response to an Ocala resident who voiced concerns about local drivers turning right on red without stopping.
To the Editor:
Right turns on red happen a lot on 36th Avenue, and those turning onto Silver Springs Boulevard east and/or west while the other side has the green arrow. Even worse is that they honk at you as if they have the right of way. Maybe Ocala needs to go back with signs that say “no right hand turn on a red light.”
