Four-way stop signs being added at two Ocala intersections

The City of Ocala will implement a four-way stop at two intersections along Tuscawilla Avenue beginning this week.

On Monday, June 10, motorists will encounter the new four-way stop signs at the following intersections:

  • Tuscawilla Avenue and E Fort King Street.
  • Tuscawilla Avenue and SE 5th Street.

Both intersections are currently a two-way stop.

Starting on Monday, motorists will encounter a four-way stop when approaching these intersections.

Message boards and necessary devices will be in place to notify drivers of the new traffic pattern.
