Marion County firefighters came to the rescue of three kittens on Thursday that were trapped in a car.
According to Marion County Fire Rescue, several of its crew members sprang into action on Thursday, October 3, after a driver reported that the kittens were caught behind the front grille of the car.
Thanks to the quick response of the firefighters, the “little furballs” were safely removed from the car and taken to Marion County Animal Services.
Once the kittens have been medically assessed and vetted, they will be available for fostering, according to MCFR.
