The I-75 Flea Market Fair opens in Marion County this week, bringing with it a petting zoo, rides, games, and other activities.

The fair will run from Thursday, October 17, through Sunday, October 27 at the I-75 Flea Market (4121 NW 44th Ave. in Ocala).

The fair will operate from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., Monday through Thursday, from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday, from 12 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Saturday, and from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Sunday.

As in years past, the event features a collection of carnival rides, food vendors, games, and a Kiddieland designed for children.

Unlimited Ride Wristbands are on sale for $37 ($35 cash discount); wristbands are for persons 36” and over. Single ride tickets will be on sale for $1.50 a single ticket. 20 tickets for $32 ($30 cash discount) 50 tickets and 1 free ride for $62 ($60 cash discount). Ride tickets are for sale on site daily and online.

Parking is free, and the entrance to the fair is free Monday through Thursday. Entrance to the fair cost $5 Friday through Sunday.

Ride heights vary and some rides require an adult rider with a child.
