Cavalia Stables was sold for $2,500,000 on Tuesday, October 29, according to online property listings.

Located at 8475 NW 60th Avenue, the equestrian facility features two residences, three barns with dozens of stalls, and a large arena that was built in 2021.

The main residence offers a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom, open layout, while the second residence has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

The property also has a 3/8-mile grass track that may be used for galloping.

A large arena is one of several amenities at the equestrian facility.

According to Marion County property records, the parcel was purchased by Cavalia Stables LLC for $1,100,000 in June 2019.

A deed for last month’s sale has not yet been filed with the Marion County Clerk of Courts.
