The property located at 21282 Palatka Drive in Dunnellon was sold by Dunnellon Housing, LLC, to Donald J. Kolva and Christine M. Paszko for $1,100,000 on December 19, according to a deed filed with the Marion County Clerk of Courts.

According to Marion County property records, the site is comprised of two parcels, with the southern-most parcel being 12.56 acres in size and the northern portion being 5.15 acres.

The property features a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 2-car garage.

The home also has a large screened-in lanai, and the backyard features a hot tub and a swimming pool.

According to county records, the property last sold for $1,100,000 in 2005 to Pariksith Singh and Maria Scunziano Singh.

In 2017, the owners of the property filed a quit claim deed to transfer ownership to Dunnellon Housing, LLC.
