According to county records, the property last sold for $1,100,000 in 2005 to Pariksith Singh and Maria Scunziano Singh.
In 2017, the owners of the property filed a quit claim deed to transfer ownership to Dunnellon Housing, LLC.
Aerial photos show that the property is surrounded on three sides by the river and is less than a block south of West Highway 40.
