A 76-acre equestrian farm in northwest Ocala that is just a couple miles away from the World Equestrian Center has been listed for sale for just over $9.5 million.
Located at 6480 N US Highway 27, the property was listed for sale earlier this month by local realtor Joan Pletcher.
According to the listing, the 76.15-acre site features large, sweeping pastures and a 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home, that was built in 1965. Additionally, the site features a large horse barn, a shed, and a well.
The property is currently owned by Donald J. Duksa, according to Marion County records.
Duksa originally purchased the property in 1985 from Lackawanna Farms, Inc., for $627,444, according to a deed filed with the Marion County Clerk of Courts.
