A husband and wife who have been working on a soap and bath franchise in Ocala are nearing completion of their new business.

Magnolia Soap and Bath Co. is currently under build out at 2701 SW College Rd, Suite 604-A. Located in Gaitway Plaza, the new business replaces Jenny Craig.

Although signs on the front door indicate the business is “coming soon,” no official opening date has been announced.

Founded in 2016 by Magen Bynum, the franchise in Ocala is owned by Cynthia and Phillip Everett.

According to a statement issued by the company through social media, the Everetts bring decades of experience from different industries to the new business and are “excited to create exquisite products.”
