Tom and Mary made Ocala their home in 1978. Tom devoted his life to the thoroughbred horse industry as a trainer, breeder and farm manager. Tom was well known throughout the race-horse community as a great horseman. His passion for horses shaped his life. Tom was an artist; he loved drawing portraits. He loved “Motown” music; he loved to sing and dance. He loved vacationing in the mountains of North Carolina. He especially loved the home he shared with his wife. 6 beautiful acres right in the middle of horse country, with a covered bridge that was his pride and joy. But more than anything he loved his wife and his family.
The family has requested a private wake. In lieu of flowers please consider a donation to the GoFundMe fundraiser for Tom’s wife, Mary (https://gofund.me/1b9e71cd).
