Thomas William Leo (Schneider), 84 of Ocala, FL passed away on January 24, 2025. Thomas was the son of the late James and Irene Leo.

He was born in Manlius, NY on March 11, 1940. He served in the US Navy from 1959 to 1963 aboard U.S.S. Forrest Sherman (DD-931). After his service in the Navy, he served as a Police Officer for the Village of Minoa. Later, he worked at Niagara Mohawk for 38 years, retiring in June 1999 as a lineman supervisor. Tom then worked at Olde Oak Golf Course for 15 years. He served as a Fire Commissioner for the Kirkville Fire Company. Tom and his life partner of 45 years, Janet Stevenson, spent the past 12 years wintering in Zephyrhills, FL and finally calling Florida home in October 2021. Tom enjoyed fishing, bowling, golfing, snowmobiling and gambling.

Tom is survived by his children Kimberly Lamb (Kenneth) of Ocala, FL and Thomas J. Leo of Kirkville, NY, Janet’s children Deanna Stevenson Kraft (Perry) of Chittenango, NY, Thomas (Tucker) Stevenson, Jr. (Sandy) of Zephyrhills, FL and Eric Stevenson (Allison) of Wyoming, Grandchildren Amanda Neff (Nate) of Waterloo, IA, Kenneth Lamb of Ocala, FL, Hailey Leo, of Kirkville, NY, Gabrielle (Abby) Houpough (Devin) of Niagara Falls, NY, Krista Kraft (Cade) of Syracuse, NY, Patrick Kraft of Jamaica, NY and great-grandchildren Julianna and Jakob. Sister Bev Dwyer (Bill) of Brewerton, NY. As well as several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased in death by his sweetheart, Janet (Josie) Stevenson, his infant son, Billy, brothers Robert Leo (Fran) and Richard Leo.
