Sky Fine Dining, which reopened and closed its doors during the COVID-19 pandemic last year, remains closed amidst a remodel.
The restaurant, which is located on the top floor of the Holiday Inn & Suites at 3600 SW 38th Avenue, has remained closed since last November.
Signs posted on the restaurant and in the hotel elevators indicate that the company is currently remodeling.
“Unfortunately due to Covid, we will be closing our doors for the remainder of the year and reopening in 2021,” reads a post from the company’s Facebook page on November 25, 2020.
Currently, the restaurant is only one of a few fine dining options available across the city of Ocala. In recent weeks, many residents have written in to share their desire to see more fine dining come to Ocala.
