The Marion County Master Gardeners’ annual fall plant sale will return to the Southeastern Livestock Pavilion this weekend.
The UF/IFAS Marion County Master Gardeners’ Fall Plant Sale will take place on Saturday, October 5, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the UF/IFAS Extension at 2232 NE Jacksonville Road in Ocala.
There will be dozens of shrubs, shade trees, ornamental trees, fruit trees and plant varieties including native plants, herbs and perennials, pollinator plants, and hummingbird and butterfly plants for sale.
The event is free and open to the public. No pets are allowed.
According to the group, Master Gardeners will be available for consultations, the mobile plant clinic will be onsite, and soil test kits will be available during the event.
Vouchers for Melaleuca Mulch will be available for purchase as well.
