The city is inviting residents over the age of 50 to participate in a monthly art series this week to paint a fall-themed front porch sign.
The next installment of the city’s “Rejuvenate with the Arts” program will take place on Tuesday, October 8, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Eighth Avenue Adult Activity Center, which is located at 830 NE 8th Avenue.
This month’s class will allow attendees to create a fall-themed front porch sign. All supplies will be provided during the class, and advanced registration is required.
The cost to participate is $10 per person, per class.
The Ocala Recreation and Parks Department hosts its “Rejuvenate with the Arts” monthly art class at the Eight Avenue Adult Activity Center every month.
